The Closing Date for the current competition is Midnight (GMT), on Saturday the 11th of December, 2010, just in time for Christmas!

The Prize for this competition is £100 GBP of shopping vouchers from either John Lewis, Amazon.co.uk or Red Letter Days.

The promoter of this competition is Presentwise Ltd.

The Competition shall be limited to all UK residents.

You will be awarded one entry into the current competition should you successfully complete the registration process to become a full user of Presentwise on or before the Closing Date. To become a full user of Presentwise you must simply complete and submit the online registration form, then click the activation link in the email we will send to you to validate your account. The information supplied must be your own and you may not supply information that is not yours, including but not limited to a third party's email. Entries must only be made via the online registration form on the Presentwise website.

You will be awarded one entry into the current competition should you choose to receive our email newsletter. You do not have to register with Presentwise to receive our email newsletter and be entered into the current competition, but you will be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

If you choose to receive our newsletter we will periodically send you a promotional email about new features on the Presentwise website, plus new products, special offers or promotions from third parties which we think you may find interesting, using the email address you have provided. You can opt out of these emails at any time from within your “My Account” page on Presentwise, or by following the instructions on how to unsubscribe from the service found at the bottom of each newsletter.

You will be awarded no more than two entries into the current or future competitions should you successfully register as a full user and sign up for our newsletter.

If you have chosen to receive our newsletter, you will not be awarded further entries into the current or future competitions should you opt out of receiving the newsletter then subsequently opt back in again, nor for any repetition of this process.

If you have successfully become a full user of Presentwise, you will not be awarded further entries into the current or future competitions should you cancel your account with us then subsequently re-register your information, nor for any repetition of this process.

The competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Presentwise or its associate companies.

Presentwise takes no responsibility for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether or not such incompletion, loss, and/or delay is a direct and/or indirect result of our action, inaction, and/or negligence or other causes outside its control. Incomplete, lost or delayed entries will be invalid.

By entering the competition, you agree that you have read and accepted Presentwise's Privacy Policy (please refer to our Privacy Policy) and website terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read and accepted these competition Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you understand that you will be entered into this competition, you confirm you are eligible to enter into the competition, and you confirm that your registration for the competition and participation in the competition does not violate any laws you are subject to.

By entering the Competition, you agree to take part in publicity relating to the Competition, including, but not limited to having your name, photo and other submitted information ("Information") published. You understand and agree that your Information may be published publicly, on public spaces, including, but not limited to Presentwise's website and in emails.

If your entry into the competition via registration and/or choosing to receive our newsletter and subsequent participation in the competition violates any laws you are subject to you shall be deemed ineligible to enter into and participate in the competition.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

You must keep your information you submit during registration, including your name and email address current with Presentwise.

Presentwise shall be the owner of all entries.

All decisions regarding the competition and modifications to the competition, including, but not limited to the selection of winners and closing date are solely in the discretion of Presentwise. Presentwise can at any point remove or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions as it sees fit. Any modified version of these Terms and Conditions will be posted on Presentwise's website, and once posted, the modified version of these Terms and Conditions will apply to and govern the competition. Presentwise's decisions and actions regarding the competition shall be final and binding.

The winner will be selected at random from those entries received before the closing date.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Presentwise, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. The prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned. No part of a prize may be substituted for a cash alternative If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value

Winners will be notified by email, within 20 days of their win and will be asked for their full name , address and a photograph of themselves for publicity purposes and may be required to show proof of their identity and eligibility.  Potential winners who choose not to supply a photograph of themselves for publicity purposes will forfeit his/her prize.  In this situation an alternative winner will be chosen at random from the valid entries for that competition.

Winners who are notified must claim their prize within 30 days of notification of their win. If Presentwise is unable to contact a winner for any reason within 30 days, the potential winner shall forfeit his/her prize. Presentwise may not award prizes that are not distributed pursuant to this Section and these Terms and Conditions.

The names and any submitted comments of the winners will be available after the competition closing date on the Presentwise.co.uk Competition Page.

Presentwise takes no responsibility and no liability for any loss and/or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with this competition and for your participation in this competition.

Presentwise shall not be liable to you, or any third party, for any consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of goodwill, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or claim.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Presentwise disclaims all warranties implied, including, but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third party rights with regard to the competition, or any service, information, product, or prize provided. All 'information' provided to you in the course of these terms and conditions is provided with all fault, and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort is with you.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes either party's liability for fraud or for negligence causing death or personal injury.

These Terms and Conditions and the competition is governed by the laws of England, except for its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive forum for any actions related to this Agreement shall be in the English Courts in London, England. You consent to such venue and jurisdiction. A party that primarily prevails in an action brought under these Terms and Conditions is entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable attorneys fees and costs.

No correspondence will be entered into between Presentwise and you or any of your representatives unless such communication is initiated by Presentwise with regard to winners and collection of the prize, if applicable.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, null or void or against public policy, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties shall in good faith attempt to modify any invalidated provision to carry out the parties' stated intentions.

Presentwise's waiver of any breach of any provision shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver.
